It could be a coincidence, but I’ve lost 15 pounds since starting to use this thyroid supplement about two months ago, without eating differently or exercising more.
For me, this seems to be doing the trick. Not to hard to swallow, no bad aftertaste, and seems to be helping with my underactive thyroid. try for yourself.

I added this to my regimen, taking around noon-1:00 p.m. with lunch. It works subtly, but when I don’t take it, I can feel a difference. It gives a lift to my afternoon; without it, I’m wiped out by 4:00. The ingredients are things my body needs that my hypothyroidism takes away.

There are several choices with basically the same formulation. I’ve tried several and noticed that most even come in the exact same capsule. These are almost always the best value though, and after NOT taking them for a couple months, I got a bottle again recently and I can definitely notice a difference in my energy and attitude and outlook. This supplement is a winner!

For those who experience a burp/ acid reflux with this supplement, it’s likely your own digestive enzymes are depleted. If you take it with an enzyme supplement, you’ll likely have no more issues. This is also an indication you should be taking a digestive enzyme with every meal.
I have tried many thyroid supplements in the 16 years since I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. I am on my 3rd month of this supplement and I feel better than I have years. With this supplement, I am in range for where my thyroid should be. I do not take anything else for my thyroid. I would definitely recommend it.
I started taking thyroid supplements on the advice of my doctor. My thyroid levels had dropped when I changed my diet to mitigate the effects of acid reflux, causing me to feel tired and lethargic. The supplements have helped greatly in restoring my energy and getting thyroid levels back closer to normal. Your product works well and is much cheaper than the one I was buying from the clinic.
I really thinks this helps me. Even though I take thyroid prescription medication this seems to help me feel better. It has really helped with my tongue. Due to hypothyroidism, your tongue can get swollen. I use to get sore spots on my tongue from rubbing on my teeth. Since I have been taking this, I have had no more sore spots!
Six pills and already I feel the energy, very fun to feel such uplift after such a short time, but this was only change I made. Have missed feeling this much pep. I feel like it works. I went to dr had thyroid checked after taking this for 2 months. Thyroid was better. I only take one a day. That seems to work for me. I hve more energy and feel less bloated. My hair is thicker as well.

I was having low to no energy, so I googled what could possibly be causing this. I decided to try the Purely Holistic thyroid support supplement to see what would happen. Within a day or two of taking this product, I noticed I didn’t need to take my usual afternoon nap. I ran out of it but didn’t reorder early enough. My energy level plumetted again. I decided to reorder this supplement again.
Product came on time when ordered. I took it for 2 months and for me I didn’t see any changes in my situations to continue. Like any supplement, everyone’s body reacts differently. I was hoping for some improvement with my hair, nails and dry skin. I didn’t see any changes whats so ever. What I can say is the supplement was easy to take, smell was pleasant, the taste of the capsules and supplement was easy.

I’m pretty impressed- this supplement seemed to work better than Levothyroxine to normalize my numbers. Definitely stopped the hair falling out and dry skin.
THis is exactly like the thyroid support medicine I used to take and I find it much more effective than levothyroxine in addressing my thyroid issues. I am solely on natural supplements now, so taking this product has been very helpful to me.

I just feel better since taking Thyroid Support. It’s only been just over 2 weeks so far, but I have noticed that I have a bit more energy already. Am hopeful that in time I will start to feel more “normal”. I chose this product because it seemed to be the most natural and it is from a company within the USA. Fairly quickly after starting this supplement I noticed I had a bit more energy and mostly that I was not losing so much hair. I had been losing hair by the handfuls when washing and combing and now seem to just shed a few hairs. I am very pleased with this supplement and will continue to use it.

Easy to take no after taste and I’ve been taking for about 2 1/2 months. Not sure if it’s helping but I do feel better my skin is glowing again at 60 years young. Saying these pills are life changing might be a bit over the top, but they really have made a noticeable improvement. I am more focused with much less brain fog, have more energy, and sleep better. Maybe it is placebo. Who the heck knows, but even if it is, I will continue to take these pills for the foreseeable future, and highly recommend these if you are diagnosed with Hypothyroidism.
Even if you have not been, if you feel like your brain is a bit foggy, and need more energy, these are worth a try.

My doctor refuses to treat me for thyroid related issues because I tend to fall just barely within the ‘normal range,’ but I have all the symptoms. I am on anti depressants and other supplements too, but this helped take the edge off the ‘fog’ and fatigue. I can exercise without feeling like a dead weight and have some control over cravings. I like it!
This stuff is amazing .Since taking it I have noticed my hair is not falling out as much and that the hair on my eyebrows are no longer missing in certain areas, but growing normally now. You have GOT to try this product for yourself. You won’t be disappointed .
Dr. gave up on me. Diagnosis was something was askew with my thyroid but no meds they tried made one iota of difference in my blood tests. Meanwhile, I was exhausted. Began taking this. Now I still nap daily, but my energy has improved 100%.
