I’m only 19 years old and throughout high school I’ve always had digestive issues. This is by far the best probiotic I have tried. Not only did this help with my digestive issues but I have noticed that I also have more energy and have lost weight while using this. I have suffered from adult cystic acne for 6 years. After having some interesting issues for almost a month, I would about try anything to get back to ‘regular’. It took about 4-5 days to see a little improvement, but now almost a full bottle in (28 days) I am back to normal if not better than normal. I have been using this probiotic in conjunction with my intermittent fasting regimen. I’ve been using intermittent fasting for several months, and typically after 2-3 days of water fasting, when I’d start eating again I would often experience a negative effect if I consumed too much fiber too soon. After taking this probiotic with my one-a-day vitamin, I have no longer had any issues with too much fiber, so I believe it’s helping my overall gut health.

I have severe eczema and my wife read about the benefits of probiotics. I have tried countless prescriptions to treat my eczema, but they simply help treat the symptoms and do little or nothing to prevent flair ups. I have been searching for a probiotic that works for IBS-C for a long time. I am in my 60’s and was diagnosed with IBS-C in my 30’s. As I’ve aged I developed additional food sensitivities. I had to get probiotics, preferably both bifidum and lactobacillus to treat my gastric tract issues and so far it has been working good. I am not expecting rapid results, on top of that, I am not really keeping a healthy diet, so all things considered, this manages to keep my belly from hurting, which it was before I started taking these. So I am not disappointed
I took this probiotic due to the gut issue that I was having with extremely bad bloating to the point where I couldn’t eat after I consumed two bites of my food. I would feel like I’ve eaten a horse after the two bites! I had a battery of tests done, and the doctors recommended I should take Zantac or Prilosec. But, I hate taking stuff like that. So, I did my research and included probiotics with my meal and it WORKS! This will be in my supplement toolbox, per se. I highly recommend this; high quality, and lists all the strains used and great price to boot!
So far I am elated to let you know that I have had little to none acid reflux. I do take a Nexium along with your probiotic, but I have taken Nexium for 15+ years, but it just wasn’t working well for me anymore. I have been supplementing my Nexium with Alka Seltzer chews several times a day just to relieve the almost always present heartburn. I hope to try weaning myself off of the Nexium and trying to go solo with your Probiotic, hoping the switch will be a success! If so, I’ll let you know. 🙂

I am trying to boost my good gut bacteria. I read a book called The Skinny Gut Diet and the authors recommended a certain number of strains. Your product more than meets those criteria. I feel generally better overall. I am also using digestive enzymes, along with an Omega 3 supplement. I have type 2 diabetes (non-insulin dependent), and need to lose weight. While I haven’t lost very much weight, I’m also working from home for the past month and I’m not gaining, either!

I was advised by my doctor that my itching was systemic and due to a deficit in good bacteria. She advised me to take a triple dose for 3 days and then start taking the normal dose. Within a week, my itching was gone. I have been on this probiotic for 3 months and I have had no further issues with itchy skin.

Oh goodness, where to start. My skin has been super clear, which for me is huge as an almost 30yr old white struggles with hormonal cystic acne. I was pleasantly surprised by this probiotic. I’m not new to taking probiotics and in fact was taking a different brand regularly for about the last year. When I switched to using this probiotic, I found that it improved my digestion even more. It was such a surprise because I thought I already had a good probiotic, However, this product showed me the difference between “good” and “optimal”. I like this probiotic a lot and would recommend it!
Had to have an emergency surgery due to appendicitis. They loaded my body with antibiotics. I started on these right away when I got out of the hospital, I really felt like they worked great. I didn’t get any infections that a female can get from taking so many antibiotics and they really helped me in the area for having a small part of my digestion system removed.

I started this probiotic when I started a round of antibiotics for an infection. I haven’t had any side-effects of nausea (which I get very easily) while on the antibiotic or had any stomach issues since I’ve been taking the probiotics which is pretty impressive. I feel they are high-quality and I plan to continue on this supplement. The price is great compared to probiotics I have used in the past and these do just as well as the more expensive ones.

I’ve been having tummy issues my whole life and more recently than Ever. Went to the dr a few months back and told me I had a bloody ulcer and have me anti acids which made things worse.
