Senna Leaf: Used to treat constipation and also to clear the bowel before diagnostic tests such as colonoscopy. Senna also used for irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), anal or rectal surgery, tears in the lining of the anus (anal fissures), hemorrhoids, and weight loss.

Cascara Sagrada Bark: A stimulant laxative. It works by causing muscle contractions in the intestines. These muscle contractions help move stool through the bowels. The bark contains chemicals called anthraquinones that give it its color and its laxative effect.

Psyllium Husk Powder: A bulk-forming laxative. This means it soaks up water in your gut and makes bowel movements much easier and can help promote regularity without increasing flatulence. Used as a one-off to ease constipation, or added to your diet to help promote regularity and overall digestive health.

Flaxseed Powder: Effective in speeding up intestinal movement, resulting in an increased frequency of bowel movements. Animal studies suggest that flaxseed may not only ease the symptoms of constipation but may also help to ease diarrhea due to its effect on stool formation.

Aloe Vera Gel: Thought to be useful for treating some of the symptoms associated with IBS, such as constipation and diarrhea. The anti-inflammatory properties of Aloe vera may help to reduce gastrointestinal inflammation, which can contribute towards IBS symptoms.

Lactobacillus acidophilus: They produce lactic acid, which may prevent harmful bacteria from colonizing the intestines. They also ensure the lining of the intestines stays intact. L. acidophilus can increase the amounts of other healthy bacteria in the gut, including other lactobacilli and Bifidobacteria

Licorice Root: used to soothe gastrointestinal problems. In cases of food poisoning, stomach ulcers, and heartburn, licorice root extract can speed the repair of the stomach lining and restore balance. This is due to the anti-inflammatory and immune-boosting properties of glycyrrhizic acid.

Medium Chain Triglycerides Oil: Beneficial for people with fat absorption disorders such as cystic fibrosis, irritable bowel disease including Crohn’s disease, pancreatitis, short bowel syndrome, celiac disease, or after certain gastrointestinal surgeries.

Caution: Do not exceed the recommended dose. This product contains senna leaves and cascara sagrada. This product should be consumed with at least a full glass of liquid. Consuming this product without enough liquid may cause choking. Do not consume this product if you have difficulty in swallowing. This product is not intended for pregnant or nursing mothers or children under the age of 18.

Do not use this product if you have abdominal pain, diarrhea, or loose stools. Rectal bleeding and/or failure to have a bowel movement after the use of a laxative formula may be an indication of a more serious condition.
