Worked great! You need to be ready to run (if you catch my drift) when it hits as you will be doing it a lot!
I was a bit skeptical with this product. However, I took the two capsules at night and every morning that I woke up for the first couple hours of the day or when I drink a lot of water which you should be doing more than usual all you’re on the cleanse it worked. Be near a bathroom. The first couple of days your body definitely cleanses the majority of the waste so be prepared. I did lose some weight and felt much better after my cleanse.
I purchased the 15 day colon cleanse and i truly am satisfied with this easy detox. i took this product and alot of toxins and waste was removed in the first 3 days and i have not only seen but also felt the difference in only a matter a days. I will be certainly buying this cleanse every few months to clean my body of those toxins and waste that stay in the body.
If you need cleaned out this stuff works. A few notes: make sure: you have a can of air freshener. This stuff creates… deeply repulsive smells and lots and lots of fecal matter and gas. Hydrate! It’ll work even better. Some folks whine about cramps. Sorry but : that’s just part of removing toxins from your system. Buck it up.

I will tell you… this stuff will clean everything out of you. I took 2 at night for 2 days and it was so strong I had to back down to 1 a night. I love it and have bought it again. I wanted to do a colon cleanse to jump start my weight loss and I was recommended this one by a friend. I really liked the fact that it contained all natural ingredients to facilitate the cleanse. It did it’s job really well and I did end up losing about 10 lbs. Of course that was accompanied with eating healthier but I really feel that it helped to get my metabolism going. Been having problems being regular and always feel like I need a good detox time and again. Usually just use plain water but these pills really speed up the process!! First day worked like a charm!! Now I take one in the morning with a full bottle of water and one in the afternoon with another bottle of water and usually work right after you eat or a little bit after. Cleans you right out!!!! This has the best combination of ingredients. The reviews that said people had horrible diarrhea attacks and cramps, well that’s because you’ve had a horrible diet full of processed food and junk, what do you expect? Product design to get rid of all that stuck in your colon. I mySelf, I eat a diet high in fiber in vegetables and fruit and lean meats. This product is full of good ingredients. It actually did a great job cleaning me out without making me the least bad diarrhea-ish or sick. Highly recommend you review your research and look at the ingredients and take this if you need to.
Imagine not going for two weeks, took two the night before and had no cramps until morning. This stuff is rough but thorough. It definitely cleans you out, from areas that you didn’t know existed. Where was all this stuff hiding inside??? It works fast and the cramps can be a bit uncomfortable for a little.
You take two pills at night before you sleep so that it can work in your system then. I had no problems during the night and not much during the day. Feel so much better!
I really love this product. I started taking them on my off day so I can see what it was going to be like. I took it at 8pm, right before bed. I started feeling a little cramping around 8am. Like others have said. This stuff works. I would define take it at least 12 hours before you plan on leaving the house in the morning.
The first 3 days were smooth sailing, as I was in the bathroom every morning like clockwork throughout the whole cleanse. But after the third day, I had to plan when I ate my meals because I would get mild cramps (nothing painful just what’s expected) and would have to run to the lavatory not too long after I ate. At first, I questioned if it really eliminated past build-up but by the last day, I felt like I had nothing left in me! I attribute this cleanse to not gaining the “Quarantine 15lbs” and overall found it useful.
Love it. I mean I guess my colon is getting a thorough cleaning. I may never know…can’t see it. But this is definitely an INCREDIBLE product. It makes you go…all day! It’s got me running the first 3 days then you see the pattern. If I can elaborate more after the bottle empties, I will.

In the beginning for me it was the first 5 days it was so tough.
Bowel movement pain was insane.
